Dorian Monroe is the rebellious son of New Millennium founder and billionaire, Kiel Brennan. He spent the last year travelling the world, but returned after being persuaded by his brother, Jason.
The government is somewhat interested in Dorian, but Kiel doesn't give anyone a chance to ask them questions. Dorian enjoys getting into fights with people (specifically, white guys that look like they'd be on the OC) mainly because it takes a lot to hurt him, but mostly because he's incredibly angry with his life. Dorian has reunited with his childhood friend, Jimmy and has become interested in a mysterious girl named Tracy.
"Dorian is basically me if I had these powers, so if the story seems to revolve around him, its because the book is my life experiences to like the extreme. Dorian do is just angry all the time and doesn't know what to do about it. He's emotional....he's kinda bi-polar. Which is funny."

Jimmy Callahan is a childhood friend of Dorian and Jason Monroe. Jimmy is like a brother to Dorian, so he will follow him anywhere to keep him from doing something stupid. He has strong morals and will stop at nothing to do the right thing. He also has a fascination with a fellow tenant, Chi Amada.
"Jimmy's supposed to be the voice of reason. He's that guy in high school where you'd see him and you'd say, 'Hey, he's a really nice guy.'"

Powers: Explosive Touch
Tracy Storm has been an orphan since she was a baby. She's been jumping from foster home to foster home so to her New Millennium's just another foster home. It has been revealed that when her powers manifested, she blew up her house killing her latest foster parents.Tracy's power is that a type of energy is discharged from her hands causing anything she touches to explode, so she must wear titanium enforced gloves to negate the effect. She has an interest in Dorian Monroe which Dorian doesn't understand because he almost got her killed in their first meeting.
"She's the girl next door type. She's the Mary Jane to Dorian's Spiderman. (Which works because MJ and Spidey aren't together anymore.) I draw her much different than I write her. I draw her as this beautiful, curvatious perfect young women, she's seriously damaged emotionally She's got abandonment issues, so when she finally gets something, she fights for it. Also, there's a reason Kiel brought her to the center."

Jason Monroe is basically "the new Will Smith." He's a rapper/actor/model and the son of Kiel Brennan. Kiel and his staff believe he has the potential to have Kiel's ability to teleport and his enhanced intellect if Jason would just slow down on the party life.
It has been revealed that Jason has his father's vast intellect and displays it by keeping an eye on everyone that's close to his family. To the public however, he's just another stuck up celebrity who thinks he's the greatest.
"Jason is based on my younger brother who is every bit as good as me at everything and then some because he's athletic. To everyone that's heard of him they see him as this really tough, ghetto guy, but really he's a smart, unintimidating guy."

Chi Amada's family are decended from a long line of Yakuza-funded assassins called the Kage Kyuubi. After shutting down the organization, Kiel Brennan liberated Chi and her older brother, Koyuki. Years later, she arrives at the newly opened New Millennium Center. She has become friends with her roommate Tracy Storm, Jimmy Callahan and Jason Monroe.
"She's kind of a bitch. She'll tell it like it is and stick by it. She'll go out of her way to ruin your day if she's in a bad mood, so you want to stay far away from her when she does. Her and her brother had to basicallly take care of themselves so she had to be tough. And that'll pay off with what's to come."

Kiel Brennan is a billionaire philanthropist who has put it in his hands to protect the metahuman populace of the world. The first step to this was opening the New Millennium Center in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has two sons that are residence there: The rebelious artist, Dorian and the hip hop phenomenon, Jason.
"Kiel is an amalgam of my father and myself. He's always trying to do the right thing and help others. As the series goes on, Kiel is going to seem edgy all the time because Kiel, Meg and Jon used to be super heroes before that fad died. He misses it thats why he sends Jason to watch Dorian in those costumes."

Meg Chan is one of Kiel Brennan's old friends and a mentor at his center. Shes known Dorian and Jason since they were young and taught them how to defend themselves. Meg is an expert at martial arts and bushido.
"I wanted an Asian in my comic, so I created Chi. I wanted a martial artist in my comic so I created Meg. Meg is like a mix between Bruce Lee and Lois Lane. You'll see why in future issues."

Jon is another one of Kiel Brennan's old friends and a mentor at the center. Jon is a broody type of person due to his reptilian-like appearance.
"When I created 'Chameleon' he was suppose to be the son of Nightcrawler from the X-Men. When I decided to not rip off X-Men, changed him drastically. He had red scaly skin, a salamander tail, lizard hands and a grumpy attitude."

Agent Lindsey MacDonald of the metahuman response task force known as Snapdragon has now been placed as the co-director of the New Millennium Center. She seems to have history with the older residents of the center because of some betrayal that may have happened in the past.
"No one likes her. The tenants don't like her because she's a hard ass and the mentors don't like her because she did something in the past that made them see her as a traitor. Her purpose in the series will pop up and trust me its a doozy."
